Daichi Miyamoto creates imaginative works that combine mechanical precision with a playful sense of invention. Known for intricate structures, vibrant colors, and meticulously crafted details, Miyamoto transforms machines and engineered forms into worlds that feel both futuristic and deeply human.

 

What I enjoy most about Daichi Miyamoto's work is the way it balances technical skill with imagination.

Many of Miyamoto's paintings are filled with complex mechanical forms and intricate details, yet they never feel cold or purely industrial. Instead, they carry a sense of curiosity and play, as though each machine began as an idea sketched in the corner of a notebook and gradually grew into something real.

 

The work in this collection, Auto Three-Wheeler Robot  (オート三輪ロボ)  reveals a slightly different side of that imagination. A hand-built vehicle, a young rider, and the suggestion of a journey create a scene that feels both adventurous and familiar. Looking at it, I am reminded of the stories we invented as children, when ordinary objects could become vehicles for exploration and every road seemed to lead somewhere unknown.
